Robert Petitpois Community School

I wanted to build a school after I watched the whole Code Lyoko series on youtube. I used the school rabbit hole by Cazarupt http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/cazarupt/downloads/details/category/sims3-sets/title/custom-rabbit-holes/id/967779/ It should be included in the sim3pack file. It is the turquoise rug in the main hall. When the sims go to this rabbit hole, they step on the rug and disappear, then they reappear when their work is over.
This school is also an internat.There are normal, science and art classrooms, an infirmary, the headmaster's office, a dining hall, a library, a gym, a small theatre, a laundry (in the basement) and bedrooms and bathrooms for the students who live there during the week.

The terrain size is 40X40 and this is a "visitors allowed" community lot.
WA, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Showtime and Supernatural are required.
The file size is 9,67 Mo.

Witch's Cottage

The witches have a lot of items: broomsticks, alchemy station, magic mirror, magic books, etc...
Well I just built a proper house for your witches and wizards, with everything they need inside.

The file size is 30,3 Mo and the terrain size is 30X30.

You'll need WA, Generations, Pets and obviously Supernatural to install this house.

The Monastery

I told you that I would come back with something more exciting !
This is a tomb, but it's set as a simple "Visitors Allowed" community lot.
This is the church that I built for the Galaad Island (from Sims Design Avenue).

WA, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Showtime and Supernatural are required.
The size of the file is 23,6 Mo.
The terrain size is 40X40.

I tested the tomb, so the mecanisms should work normally, but if you encounter any problem don't hesitate to tell me :)

Maison de Poche

In the Sims 3, I usually play in small/medium worlds because my laptop cannot cope with big ones (the game crashes, only 15 fps, etc...). Sometimes I don't have enough space to put new inhabitants in the world. 

I built this maison de poche (Pocket House), which the terrain size is only 10X10 and that costs §16 490, to be able to place it almost everywhere (on a beach, in the middle of a forest...)

Terrain size: 10X10.

File size: 3,25 Mo

Add-ons required: WA, Generations (maybe Pets for the roof colour, I'm not sure)
