This is a poolside club. I built it in Galaad Island, a world created by Frances from "Sims Design Avenue" (that is now closed :( . The outside matches the architectural style of the island.

The terrain is 35X25 and the file weighs 26,5 Mo.
WA, Ambitions and Late Night are required.

Spicy Apartment

Here, the outside is not important, only the inside matters.

This is a small apartment I created.
You can install it to get the custom content and rebuild it in a building
or copy the plan and redo it with your own stuff.

The terrain is 10X10.

WA, Ambitions, Late Night and Pets are needed.

The file weighs 48 Mo.

Proper House

Here is a very simple house. I admit that the name is not really original XD
I tried to recreate an existing house but it can't find the photo on Google anymore :(

Ambitions, Late Night and Generations are required.
There is just a bit of CC so the file is quite light: 9 Mo.
The terrain size is 20X20.

Liddell Residence

EDIT: I made another version of this house.

I played Alice Madness Returns and I must say that I was very impressed by the concept art and by the general ambiance of the game. I thought about how Alice Liddell's house would look like if she imagined it in her twisted mind.
I tried to assign each level atmosphere to some rooms in the house:
the bedroom looks like the dollhouse level, the office looks like the asian level...

I was inspired by this picture:
