Eden Farm

Hello everyone ! I managed to build a small farm that can host a horse, 6 persons and a few chickens. There is also a garden and a greenhouse where you can put your plants during the winter.

The decoration is old-fashioned on purpose but of course you're absolutely free to change it.

WA, Ambitions, Pets, Supernatural and Seasons are required.

The terrain size is 25X25.

The file size is 35 Mo.

Jazz Club "Red"

EDIT: Please remove the half-wall on the first floor, otherwise the Sims won't be able to go back downstairs. Sorry for the inconvenience, I noticed it after the upload. 

Here is a cozy little bar where you can enjoy your evenings.

This is set as "Dive bar".
The terrain size is 20X15.
The file size is 8.17 Mo.
WA, Late Night, Generation, maybe Pets (only for the tree) and Showtime are required.

By the way, I found a way to fix my error 16 problem. Once in a while I have to delete all the families that have appeared in my town. The world seems deserted but at least now I can save my game.

Osaka House

Here is something a bit more original than my last house :p (but hey, my last building was just a necessary warm-up since I haven't played The Sims for two months!).

I've already built a japanese house (see Serenity Pagoda) but this time I wanted to make a more realistic one. I used Google Map and looked for houses around Osaka to get an idea on how the exterior of a real japanese house would look like. I hope that I didn't make major mistakes in my construction ^^.

Remove your shoes, please ! ^^

I am aware that it is not common to see an oven in a japanese kitchen but it is necessary for the sims.

British House

I admit that this house is not very original. I realised after that I built it that this was a variation of the Cutie House with a garage.

There is also a small basement.
World Adventure, Ambitions, Generations, Pets and Supernatural are required.
The file size is 3,31 Mo.
The terrain size is 20X15.

I hope that you'll enjoy it nevertheless.

By the way, I installed Seasons. I don't know if I will be able to play it with my Sims since I still have the error 12 --", but that doesn't prevent me from building houses.

Mlle Jolifleur's Beauty Salon

At last ! I managed to create a community lot where my sims will be able to go to the sauna and massage each other. It is better to be friends with the stylist though, otherwise he/she won't massage you :/

 This is a salon community lot and the terrain size is 20X20.
The sauna and the massage tables are included in the file.
The file size is 23 Mo.
WA, Ambitions, Late Night (maybe Pets and Supernatural for a chair and the curtains) are required.

Raspberry House

This is a simple country house. Why is it called "raspberry" ? Well because... the door is pink. Yeah, I wasn't very inspired to find a good name.

There is also a basement with a washing machine. The basement stairs are under the wooden stairs.

The terrain size is 20X15.
